Newsflash: Christina Noble Children’s Foundation (CNCF) International Veterans squad for Dubai 2008

CNCF retain their International Veterans title at the Dubai Sevens. A star studded side thrashed the Wooden Spoon side in front of a crowd of 42 000 in the brand new rugby stadium in Dubai. Rugby legends Gregor Townsend, Brian Lima, Mark Taylor and Freddie Tuilagi combined with Tim Stimpson, Chris Sheasby, Jim Jenner, Kevin Yeats and others to ensure that the CNCF conceded only two tries in the entire tournament!!

CNCF Rugby Tours is a non-profit retaining organisation that exists to provide a unique, once in a lifetime rugby experience whilst raising awareness about the desperate plight of disadvantaged and orphaned children in Vietnam and Mongolia.

When you get fed up of rugby (as if!) then take time off the tour to sample the many other delights that Dubai has to offer – whether it’s taking a romantic dhow along the Creek, tax free shopping in the souks and malls or charging through the sand dunes in a 4x4 !!

Since 1998 we have raised over $600, 000 through the hard work of our volunteers and players reinforced by the generosity and compassion of our sponsors and supporters.
